ABOUT COACH NOAH
Coach Noah Coons was raised and played his club and high school career in a rural town in Upstate New York. During this time he accumulated a variety of individual awards capped off with All-State First Team and All-Region (Mid-Atlantic) in his Senior season. Coach Noah then continued his career with a top Division 3 school, Otterbein University, in Columbus, Ohio. As a three year starting winger, Coach Noah helped his team to 2 Conference Titles, 1 NCAA Sweet 16 appearance, 1 top 10 NCAA final ranking, and a school record 17 game win streak. After his Senior season, he went on to play 3 seasons of professional futsal in the NFPL with Columbus Futsal and then 2 seasons with current UPSL team Alexendria Reds winning an APL championship while scoring the winning penalties in the shootouts in both the Quarterfinal and Final. As Coach Noah wrapped up his playing career, he was completing his studies to obtain his teaching license, and coached for Alexandria Soccer Association, outside of Washington, DC. Performing a variety of roles for the club, Coach Noah has vast experience with coaching teams and players from the rec to semi-pro levels. Coach Noah has spent the last 3 years in Florida, having taught high school math while running the school's varsity soccer programs for 2 years. Currently, Coach Noah is the Head Coach for the USF Women's Soccer Club and oversees EMPOWER Rec Soccer.
